Resident Opportunity for Self-Sufficiency (ROSS) Program

The Resident Opportunity for Self-Sufficiency (ROSS) program is available to eligible residents currently living in our Public Housing units. The program links residents to supportive services and activities, enabling them to make progress towards economic independence and housing self-sufficiency.

  • The ROSS program at Northwest Minnesota Multi-County HRA has a service coordinator and case worker. Both will work to assess resident needs and link them to supportive services and activities.

    The primary purpose of the program is to enable tenants to make progress towards economic independence and housing self-sufficiency, or in the case of elderly or disabled residents, help them improve living conditions and enable tenants to age in place.

  • The ROSS program is offered to eligible Public Housing tenant through our HRA. If you are not currently a tenant of NW MN Multi-County HRA's our ROSS program cannot assist you.
