Project Based are income-based (subsidized) units managed by D.W. Jones Management.

These units are not eligible for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher rent assistance. Assistance remains with the unit and does not transfer with the tenant when they move. Eligible tenants pay an affordable rent based on 30% of their adjusted gross income.

River Pointe Townhomes
